Bella Insch AThR, is a visual artist and Creative Arts Therapist with an ongoing studio based practice. She has a genuine interest in art making as a method for recovery, wellbeing and self-expression. Bella holds a Graduate diploma and Master of Art Therapy as well as a diploma in community services and a Bachelor degree in Visual Arts (sculpture and drawing). She runs Ink Brush Art therapy in Kingston and works at the University of Canberra Hospital in the Adult Mental Health units. Bella is a certified Daring Way™ facilitator and works with DBT Canberra, facilitating skills groups and seeing individual clients. Bella has a broad range of experience facilitating therapeutic groups in community, prison and health settings. She feels privileged to work with genderdiverse and neurodiverse individuals and families and is passionate about the positive differences DBT can make to people’s lives.
